2 Discussion board questions

# 1 – We do not deal directly with Project Management in this course, but one of the outcomes is to understand the difference between a Project Manager and a Systems Analyst. We will attempt to do that in the discussion forum, though for most of you this will already be understood, we can use this as a medium to bring all up to the same level and clarify any questions that may be lingering out there.

#2 – I want to have a general discussion of Process Management and how it relates to Systems Analysis. We will start with questions, comments, or definitions and see where we go from there. I will guide the discussion as distinct from lead. The aim is to delve the topic and make it a real part of the Analyst’s tool kit.
