I need you to write two different journals for each one i need one and a half page

Respond to one of the following options and write 1 and a half page

Option 1: Keep a distraction log for one full day. Keep track of each instance in which your attention strays. Identify the topic and situation from which it strayed and the subject that it strayed to. Can you identify any commonalities or clues to the cause of your distraction?

Option 2: Think about one of your most important relationships. Which faulty listening behaviors do you find most annoying? What would the other person say about your most annoying listening faults? In what ways would you like to improve your listening skills with that person? What effects do you think this will have on the relationship?

Option 3: Listen, really listen to someone who is important to you. Use all the tips in Chapter 5. Avoid interrupting, show interest, ask follow-up questions, and so on. Write about the experience.

Now consider which have the greatest value for a relational partner of yours.
