For this task, you will create a PowerPoint presentation that identifies the management of key risk issues and types of risks associated with an athletic sporting event suitable for intercollegiate athletic departments of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Through an investigation using peer-reviewed literature, you will describe substantial methods to minimize these risks and present techniques to reduce these risks, while defending the reasoning with a risk management plan. Present instituted continuous measures from research in order to evaluate the facility and its events. Illustrate the strengths and weaknesses of internal and external measurements while explaining the implications these measurements possess for the various stakeholders.

Incorporate charts and graphs to accentuate risk management issues associated with a sports venue.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
