BAAC Office, hereby also known as ‘the Company’ for the purposes of this report, operates to provide accounting and administrator services primarily in the North American region. BAAC Office does not facilitate the adoption of NetSuite, or similar platforms, but rather adapts and enhances client’s competencies on the platforms. BAAC Office prides its services on variability and flexibility to the client’s needs and desires. Ingenuity is a core value of the firm in assuring client wishes are met efficiently and effectively. The organization employs approximately 10 team members, some on part-time basis, and strives to develop valuable skills to increase the scope of individual’s expertise. The Company is facing the strategic problem of formulating and fulfilling an exit strategy. The purpose of this report is to draft potential strategic pathways to facilitate the exit from the industry in the near future. This process entails increasing firm capacity and attractiveness in the prospect of acquisition or merger. The potential sale of the firm is targeted in the form of the sale of shares; however, the sale of assets is considered as a contingency. The targeted expansion of the Zoho One offering looks to increase community involvement and exposure without displacing NetSuite as the main revenue-generating activity of the Company. The platform presents substantial growth potential for small-scale businesses and, as a result, is an attractive platform to expand community involvement. The development of an additional, more stream-lined, customer segment may accommodate revenues at a reduced cost. Similar to the previous opportunity, this segment will not overtake existing customer segments as ingenuity and inventiveness remain prevalent to the Company’s core values. However, this stream-lined approach will provide a gateway for new clients to discover the true potential of process optimization with minimal upfront costs. The pursuit of strategic partnership with prospects of artificial intelligence enhancements in firm operations aims to produce further competitive advantages on the part of BAAC Office. Developing artificial intelligence methods of completing more repetitive, benign tasks generates significant potential cost reductions. Research and development expenses are often long-term investments to achieve improved sustainability and proprietary enhancements. The successful development of proprietary technology will further differentiate the Company and add an entire new benefit to a potential acquirer- ability to obtain access to proprietary tech. Additionally, a contingency plan is devised for an alternative method to obtain value on the sale of the Company should the sale of shares not develop as desired.
