Create a one page “memo” to your HR manager.
Your memo must: Recommend that you lead a project to create a change management checklist that will be rolled out to the managers in your organization. Explain the importance of the change management checklist (i.e. a step-by-step process for effective change management). Discuss how the change management checklist will benefit the organization and tie into your corporate goals. Be creative. Remember, this is not about the specifics of the checklist, but moreso, the reasoning and rationale of implementing the checklist.
