Question Answered step-by-step I find that it becomes difficult to set boundries. For example the… I find that it becomes difficult to set boundries. For example the unit had a sick call the other day. I stepped in as the unit clerk for the day. Without a unit clerk, it is very difficult for the unit to function. There role is essential for communication and operations. Doing this definitly helped the entire interdiciplinary team. However, at the same time i was unable to complete any of my work throughout the day. I find seperating myself from serving others becomes very difficult. I always want to do whats best for the team, but ensuring i meet my own deadlines is also essential. Any advice on how to make both work?any advices?
