They want to use “native” content inside of their learning management system. You also have heard about several franchise owners who have created home-made videos to provide key training points via YouTube to their new employees. Describe risks and ethical issues for using this content “as is” in a community of practice format versus providing a validation process taking subject matter experts from other work (or delaying the use of the content significantly).
