I will also enroll them in the manual Group Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) for Depression which is a group counselling approach that focuses on identifying and addressing interpersonal difficulties. I can use Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an efficacious treatment for depression delivered via various mediums (eg, individual, group, telephone, Internet) and automated messaging can be used in clinical settings to increase dosage of depression treatment and encourage sustained engagement with psychotherapy (Aguilera et al., 2017).
