MDP, Mapping question help

QUESTION 1

1. Suppose you were assigned an internship with MPD, working with the 7th District Commander.  He then assigns you with the task of increasing the use of crime mapping to stem the tide of car thefts. 

   Develop and present a strategy for the district.  Note also the characteristics and uniquenesses of tracking, investigating and solving this type of crime.
