Organizing a Final Outline for a speech.

Finish a final outline. Length should be 5-7 Minutes of Talking.

I already did the research and have 3 articles in the research paper doc, you have to find one more. I just want you to organize a final outline with the information given in the research paper and also a 4th source of your choice added to the 3. The Speech is Informative so I have no saying in it. I am only delivering the two different opinions.

I am attaching the Assignments Requirements, Working Outline that I started with, and the Research Paper and the Professor’s Comments about the working out line. Also, make sure the length is good enough for 5 minutes of talking. Please make sure to go through all the attachments and requirements and no plagiarizing.
