Attached is your graded Research Proposal. My comments are in Red. Feel free to address any of my comments in your Presentation in a few weeks, but don’t feel like you have to address them all. I feel like you struggled to communicate exactly what an operating room management system is and how it is used. You simply stated, in a lot of ways, that one was needed for better results. There was not a strong evidence of a well designed Randomized Controlled Trial.
