Assignment overview:

This assignment has been designed as a way to apply many of the concepts we have covered in readings,

lectures, and case studies during Module 1. Specifically, you are being asked to choose a community,

write a community description, identify a community health problem, and analyze that community

health problem given secondary data and other sources of credible information available to you online.

Formatting guidelines: This assignment should be written as a narrative (i.e., in paragraphs) using AMA

citation style and should not exceed 5- or 6-pages total (including images/diagrams and references).

Your final submission should be formatted with 1.5 line spacing and 11-point Calibri font.
