To make it all a bit easier to understand, use the Chen family tree and this week use Ru Chen.
• In the Chen family- Ru Chen a 2 yo male has otitis media and of course that would fit in the HEENT assessment. You are not able to assess his ears so just do a normal write-up of the HEENT system including all areas of that system using the correct terminology. Because this young child has OM, mention that before you begin your write up.
