Mergers and Acquisitions

– Discuss a time when your organization (or one that you know) experienced a merger or acquisition (this is not the same as a restructure)? Do you think that particular merger or acquisition was necessary and successful? Would you have done anything different if you were making the decision to merge or acquire a new company?

Cultural Change

Consider organizational change when it affects the culture of an organization. Discuss a time when your organization (work, school, church, home) implemented a change that directly affected the culture of that organization.

All posts should be written in an essay format.
