When we experience stress at work, we tend to bring the stress home. Perhaps we end up checking our cell phone for messages constantly, or venting about events at work to anyone who will listen. Even worse, we might be short tempered and take our frustration out on our loved ones.
The reverse can be true as well. When there is stress in our personal/family life, we often bring it to work. In this assignment: (a) share an incident where you (or someone else at work) brought personal/family stress to work. (b) Think of a way (ways) that a company can do that would have been helpful to you or the employee you described.
