• Access the APA template in the online classroom for assistance with the writing process, formatting, documentation, and citations in your written work.
• Introduction (one paragraph)
• Describe the learning environment that you have designed including the setting of your learning environment (school, home daycare, center, etc.) along with the age of children with whom you will be working.
• Physical Domain
• Explain how your learning environment design supports the physical development of the children with whom you are working.
• Include at least two specific examples from your design.
• Cognitive Domain
• Explain how your learning environment design supports the cognitive development of the children with whom you are working. 
• Include at least two specific examples from your design.
• Affective Domain
• Explain how your learning environment design supports the affective development of the children with whom you are working.
• Include at least two specific examples from your design.
• Developmental Theories
• Discuss which of the developmental theories discussed this week are represented in the learning environment you created.
• Include at least two specific examples from your design.
• Conclusion (one paragraph)
• Summarize the main points of your learning environment design and how it will support the developmental needs of your students.

Step 3: Assignment Submission

• Submit your assignment as a two to three page Word document, not including the title and reference page.
• Your document should include a screenshot of your classroom along with the written support for your classroom design (answering all questions from Step 2 above).
• You will need to include your textbook as a resource.
• Be sure to mention your sources in the paper as well as including them on a reference page.
• If you need assistance with making sure that your paper or references are properly formatted in APA, please utilize the APA

Here are the requirements of the
assignment:

1. You must select five academic and/or newspaper
articles about the topic. You may
use materials that discuss other cultures, not just the United States.

2. You must select three TED Talks on the topic.

3. You must select two films (drama and/or documentary)
about the topic.

4. You will prepare an annotated
bibliography that has the following components:

a) an MLA
formatted bibliography entry for the source, followed by

b) a
five-sentence annotation for each source:

(i) summarize
the source in three sentences and

(ii) connect the
source to MODERN ROMANCE in two sentences.

Assignment III: You will prepare a YouTube video or Zoom video, where you are seen as presenter. Presentation on the assigned topic (Diabetes in your chosen target audience and how diabetic situation in your target audience exacerbate their vulnerability to Covid 19 infection) will have minimum 15 and Maximum 20 slides. Title and reference slides are excluded from the 15 slides limit. Presentations have to be informative but succinct. You will post the PowerPoint file (not PDF) of your slides with YouTube link to your video on your title slide in the Assignment Dropbox on CANVAS by the due date. Late submission of presentations will result in grade reduction by 10% points per day. Grading rubric for the video presentation is provided with the assignment instructions on Canvas. Your video presentation scores will be posted with the final grade on PantherSoft at the end of this course. I have attached example of previous presentation to use as a guide.

By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies and assessment criteria:Care coordination is an emerging and complex field in the health care system because of the growing number of providers, the various settings of care, and the numerous methods of delivering care. Hospitals are implementing several interventions to address gaps in care coordination, such as enhanced systems of communication, information technology, and personnel resourcing. This assessment provides an opportunity for you to complete a comprehensive needs assessment.

• Competency 1: Determine the influence of current health care legislation, policy, and research on evidence-based practice in assessment by care coordinators.

You will use the patient information from the simulation for your needs assessment.Note: Remember that you can submit all—or a portion of—your draft to Smarthinking for feedback before you submit the final version of this assessment. However, if you plan on using this free service, be mindful of the turnaround time of 24–48 hours for receiving feedback.

  Requirements

  Complete a comprehensive needs assessment for Mr. Decker, based on the information provided in the Vila Health simulation.

  Needs Assessment Format and Length

  Format your needs assessment using APA style:

  • Use the APA Style Paper Template, linked in the Required Resources. An APA Style Paper Tutorial is also provided (linked in the Suggested Resources) to help you in writing and formatting your needs assessment. Be sure to include:
    • A title page and reference page. An abstract is not required.
    • A running head on all pages.
    • Appropriate section headings.
  • Your needs assessment should be 4–5 pages in length, not including the title page and references page.
