Can you think of any outstanding, leaders, managers, or organizational heroes who have influenced your work behavior? They don’t have to be famous. They could have been important to you in your career so far. Describe them and explain how they affected your organizational outcomes. What was their impact on the organizational culture?

If you have no work experience, use any company that interests you, such as the one you have chosen for your final project or for your mid-term project.
